January results and plans for February

January turned out to be a busy month. Some tasks were successfully completed, while others were postponed to February. The main focus was on scaling and increasing data processing volumes.

✅ Achievements in January

  • Monthly Battleboard Table — a new way to track adapter progress. The January table is already available.
  • Performance and Overall Project Progress Page — implemented real-time display of current results.
  • HBTracker Functionality Page — introduced a detailed explanation of the tracking mechanism.
  • Purchased and configured new equipment — the first infrastructure expansion was completed, improving service performance.
  • Multithreading in HBTracker — optimized the data collection process. A monthly survey of all websites has been implemented, forming a database of reports.
  • Resumed parsing Yandex and Google search results — a key step in expanding and categorizing the domain database. The database has grown to 207,000 domains.
  • Discovered four new header bidding adapters — (Digital Media Group, AdTech, Redllama, Digital Sail), bringing the total count to 55.

❌ What Didn’t Work Out in January

  • Optimize the scanning algorithm to reduce traffic consumption.
  • Form a backlog as a convenient planning tool.
  • Create a product presentation — postponed but not forgotten.
  • Scale LibTracker — remained at the same level.

🚀 Goals for February

  • Develop a domain cataloging system — systematizing domains by topics, tags, and audiences.
  • Improve the domain page — enhancing the interface and functionality.
  • Optimize domain search — improving database interactions.
  • Enhance Luminex functionality — working with search results in a unified application.
  • Orchestrate website scanning processes — speeding up and deepening automation in data processing.
  • Refactor LibTracker
  • Develop a product strategy and form a backlog — addressing January's shortcomings.
  • Write more blog posts — more content for the content god.

In February, the product will continue to scale, and the domain database will expand. The introduction of thematic domain lists is planned.
