OpenRTB (Open Real-Time Bidding) is an open protocol for conducting real-time advertising auctions, developed to standardize programmatic ad trading. It enables efficient data exchange between advertising platforms, SSPs (Supply-Side Platforms), and DSPs (Demand-Side Platforms), allowing ads to be automatically sold and shown to target audiences in real time. Through OpenRTB, ad platforms provide information about users and page context, and advertisers bid to display their ads based on this data.
